BEFORE WEDDING DAY

  • Initial consultation
     

  • Create layouts for ceremony + reception sites
     

  • Create + distribute wedding day itinerary/timeline and contacts to all vendors
     

  • One hour rehearsal
     

  • Bride and groom have access to unlimited contact two months prior to Wedding event.

DAY OF WEDDING

  • Day of coordination and management of wedding party, vendors, and events until timeline of staple events have concluded

  • Decor setup 

​

  • This includes facilitation
    of wedding ceremony
    and guidance to all parties walking down the aisle,
    time management coordination for photographers, DJ announcements and music cues, speeches, cake cutting, appointed dances, organized table seating, etc.

  • Onsite crisis management
    (if an issue arises)
